Addendum to the Privacy Notice - Revised 2025

1. IES will not sell or share client's personal information with any third party, unless requested to do so by legal authorities presenting a warrant for such information. 

2. IES uses Square, a third party billing company, for all invoices and financial transactions. IES has not authorized Square to retain any clients' payment information, nor will IES retain any clients' payment information.
