Support Staff and Curriculum Developer 

 

Innovative Education Solutions has an immediate part-time opening for a support staff and curriculum developer. In this role, you will: 

 

• receive training in instructional and facilitation strategies

• receive training in developing original curriculum and practice problems for the SAT and ACT  

• provide in-home remote learning support and instruction to students, helping them to successfully complete their online and remote learning tasks

• extend and enrich the learning of these students as needed  

• adhere to proper COVID protocols (masks and social distancing) as required 

 

Qualifications: 

• minimum of a bachelor’s degree  

• strong reading and writing skills 

• knowledge of middle school math and literacy development preferred 

• some successful experience as a teacher and/or tutor working with middle school-age children 

• teacher certification is preferred, but strong non-certified candidates will be considered 

• diverse candidates are encouraged to apply 

• must have reliable transportation 

• must be available during school hours, 8:30am - 3:00pm  

• must be available to work a minimum of 5 hours per week 

 

The pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.  This is a W-2 employee position, not a contracted opportunity.    

 

As a condition of employment, all candidates must successfully pass a background and CORI check, as well as produce a negative COVID test.
