Gabrielle LaRocca

Gabrielle or Gabby, has enjoyed learning languages throughout her educational career. Gabby originally attended Gordon College in Wenham, MA as an English and Secondary Education Major but decided to focus instead on Spanish and Secondary Education with an ESL (English as a Second Language) Minor/Concentration. She decided to change to the Spanish language because she loved deepening her understanding of culture and believes in the importance of communication. Gabby has also engaged in Spanish courses at Salem State University and Endicott College, and these experiences further deepened her learning of language. Gabby is currently studying at Gordon College's Graduate Program, pursuing a Master of Education in Foreign Language and ESL certification.

Gabby has been working as a 7-12th grade Spanish and ESL teacher in the central Massachusetts public schools. She enjoys teaching students about the importance of language acquisition and learning about many different cultures. She enjoys collaborating with families within her community with culture celebrations, English lessons, and more. Gabby also resonates with the value of tutoring and enjoys making learning a language visual, fun, hands on, and intentional.

Gabby and her husband both work as public school teachers in the central Massachusetts area and enjoy visiting Long Island, NY. They excitedly welcomed their new son, Luca, in January of 2025.
