Reason Number Three: We help change schools by helping both teachers and students.
Most consulting companies use one size fits all programs geared towards either students or teachers, usually without taking into consideration the unique needs of either group. Here at IES, we take a simple approach to changing education. If we focus on the action in the trenches - in each classroom each day - we will make the greatest impact. By developing individualized methods to help teachers and students, we can help change schools for the better. We will even work with schools, collaboratives, and nonprofit organizations to use grant money to make our services free of charge for the students and the teachers in the schools we work in. This, among other things, is what truly makes IES innovative.
